Snow lovers are flocking to Steamboat Springs to take advantage of the best snow conditions in recent memory. The season started out with a record breaking 83 inches of snow in November and the
snow hasn’t stopped. Steamboat Springs has received over 300 inches of total snowfall so far for
this season that’s over 25 feet! That being said, Steamboat’s snow conditions have been unmatched
in Colorado since the season began and according to the Farmer’s Almanac, it’s going to stay that way all season!

Over the last two years sales prices of single family homes have averaged a 16% increase per year while condos have averaged a 10% increase per year.
