New Office Location in Hayden
Three new brokers added to the Colorado Group team
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO—Colorado Group Realty announces the opening of their newest location and their first in the Town of Hayden. The Hayden Office will house broker/owner Vonnie Frentress and associate brokers Amy Williams and Mark Dudley. Located at 349 West Jefferson Avenue (Colorado Highway 40 and South Poplar Street) the office becomes Colorado Group Realty’s fifth location in the Yampa Valley.
“We are delighted to welcome three new brokers along with their knowledge of the Hayden market to our team,” said Bart Kounovsky chief operating officer for Colorado Group Realty. “These brokers have been working in Hayden for several years and we are excited to tap into their local expertise.”
Vonnie Frentress has been living in the Yampa Valley for over two decades. Frentress’ involvement in ranching, agriculture and land and water management offer her clients a wealth of knowledge in western Routt County. Amy Williams worked in the Routt County Assessor’s office for several years before being elected Assessor. In addition to lending her intimate expertise with land value, she also brings an agricultural and business background as an owner and operator of her family farm and car wash. Having grown up in Steamboat Springs, Mark Dudley’s knowledge of the area is a great asset to any client.

In August 2007, Colorado Group Realty added their fourth office west of downtown Steamboat Springs at Riverside Drive and Highway 40. Other locations include the central “Downtown Office” located on Lincoln Avenue across from the courthouse. The Yampa Street Sales Center features information about Colorado Group Realty’s three new downtown projects. The Mountain Office located in the Sheraton Hotel specializes in mountain properties. Each office focuses on their immediate area, however all locations can help buyers and sellers with any of Colorado Group Realty’s properties.
