Colorado Group Realty Announces New Office
Location with an Open House August 23
New location to specialize in property west of Steamboat Springs
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO—Colorado Group Realty announced today the location of their newest office “West of Town” at Riverside Drive and Highway 40. To celebrate the new location, Colorado Group Realty will host an open house Thursday, August 23 from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
“We are excited to provide another convenient location west of downtown Steamboat Springs,” said Penny Fletcher broker/owner at Colorado Group Realty. “Walk-ins are welcome to stop in anytime for information and updates of our properties and developments west of town.”
The fourth Colorado Group Realty location in Steamboat Springs will house two associates and operate Monday through Saturday. Other locations open daily include the central “Downtown Office” located on Lincoln Avenue across from the courthouse. The Yampa Street Sales Center features information about Colorado Group Realty’s three new downtown projects. The Mountain Office located in the Sheraton Hotel specializes in mountain properties. Although each office focuses in their immediate area, all locations can help buyers and sellers with any of Colorado Group Realty’s properties.

The new “West of Town Office” Open House will provide an opportunity to meet the brokers of Colorado Group Realty in a casual setting. Food and drink will be provided. The new office is located at 2504 Riverside Drive on the south side of Highway 40.
