Colorado Group Realty Names Six New Owners
Six local brokers join the team of owners
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO—Bridget Asbury, Kelda Combs Wall, Joyce Hartless, Dave Hartley, Chris Paoli and Cindy Ptach are the newest owners of Colorado Group Realty, Steamboat Springs’ largest independent real estate company equally owned by its sales associates.

Bridget Asbury recently achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) launching her new career
after thirty years with Delta Airlines. Asbury will continue providing professional customer
service while sharing her knowledge of Steamboat Springs where she and her family have lived for thirteen years.
As a fifth generation Steamboat native, Kelda Combs Wall brings a wealth of knowledge about the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat Springs community. Combs Wall’s experience also extends to the construction industry where her family has worked for over 30 years.
Joyce Hartless spent three winters here with her husband before becoming a full time resident.
She has over a decade of real estate experience in Lynchburg, Virginia specializing in new construction, recreation resort sales and relocating professionals.
For over 20 years, Dave Hartley has made his home in the Yampa Valley. Before joining Colorado Group, Hartley directed the successful sell-out of the Steamboat Grand Resort, and is experienced with the variety of land and real estate found throughout the valley.
Chris Paoli moved to Steamboat Springs in 2002 where he was an equity trader commuting to Manhattan. Paoli is passionate about investigating the market’s products and trends and has
already gained experience in several of Steamboat’s commercial and residential properties.
Cindy Ptach moved to Steamboat Springs nearly fifteen years ago after living more than a decade in Vail. With years of sales experience and in-depth knowledge of mountain town living Ptach earned her real estate license in 1996 joining Colorado Group Realty as an associate in 1997.
