Steamboat Springs Real Estate Roundup & Expo
Event to provide information about Yampa Valley’s dynamic real estate market
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO—Colorado Group Realty is proud to present the inaugural Steamboat Springs Real Estate Roundup & Expo Thursday, November 8, 2007 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the Steamboat Grand Ballroom. The event will bring together seasoned experts to provide attendees with the most up-to-date information about the Yampa Valley’s real estate market. The event is free and open to the public.
“As Steamboat Springs is in the midst of one of its biggest building booms to date, we want to
keep our community informed about what this means to them,” said Randall Hannaway broker/owner at Colorado Group Realty. “This event will give local residents an understanding of what’s to come.”
The Steamboat Springs Real Estate Roundup & Expo will feature a briefing about the real estate
market in the Yampa Valley, followed by a panel of leading developers answering key questions led by Steamboat Springs Planning Commissioner Kathi Meyer. This year’s panelists include Doug Beall of Intrawest, David Burden of One Steamboat Place, Jim Cook of Alpen Glow, River Walk and Howelsen Place, Gerry Engle from The Atira Group, Jeff Temple from Marabou and Brent Pearson of Wildhorse Meadows.
In addition, the Expo will offer attendees the chance to meet and exchange information with over 30 local builders, architects, designers, engineers, title companies, financers, developers,
appraisers and planners.
“We understand that there is a lot to know about our ever changing market, whether you are a
first time buyer or protecting your investment,” said Jon Wade broker/owner at Colorado Group
Realty. “This event aims to provide local residents with the answers to their questions and endow them with the knowledge of pertinent issues in real estate.”
The Expo will run from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A real estate update followed by the speaker
panel will begin at 5:30 and end at 6:30 p.m.
