My husband John and our four children moved to Steamboat in 2001, because of the great schools, the Winter Sports Club, the Yampa Valley Pony Club and the many other wonderful and kid friendly things that our community offers. I believe that Steamboat is the best place to raise a family in the country. Born and raised in Colorado, I grew up ski racing and was a member of the US Alpine Ski Team. I have enjoyed watching a number of our children pursue ski racing with the Winter Sports Club in both Alpine and Nordic disciplines and have been very active in the Steamboat community. The Yampa Valley Pony Club has helped us assimilate into the local equestrian community and several of our children compete locally and nationally in equestrian events.
My educational background includes a BA in Biology and Fine Arts from the University of Colorado and two years at the Art Center of Pasadena, studying photography. I pursued a career in commercial photography for six years, before retiring to raise our four children. Over the past 15 years I have made numerous investments in Real Estate in Santa Fe, Denver and Steamboat Springs. The children are grown now and I am entering the Steamboat Real Estate market full time, with the same enthusiasm and energy that have propelled me to success in my past endeavors.
