Steamboat Ski Area proposes changes

The Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation has presented new conceptual development plans to the U.S. Forest Service which propose exciting on-mountain improvement projects over the coming decade.
This update Master Development plan touches all aspects of the mountain experience from new high-speed lifts to new terrain to new facilities. The resort has prioritized additional food service facilities and expanded seating as well as new terrain and lifts to cement Steamboat's position as the leader in family and children programs. A few notable concepts from the plan include:

Does it makes sense that NASDAQ is at an 11 year high while Steamboat Real Estate Values are the lowest we have seen in 5-30 years depending on the property? We live in interesting times. Our economy is not great but I agree with many economist's conclusion that it is remarkably durable given the challenges of the last few years. There are definitely challenges ahead but we are seeing improvements in many key factors and the horizon looks better than it has in years.
You can check your stocks online any time but knowing the value and supply of real estate is much hard because each property is different. You can look in the Steamboat MLS via IDX technology but that doesn't give you the whole story. That said as a class is there an opportunity when…
