New Owners and Associates at Colorado Group Realty

Dean Laird and Eliese Pivarnik are the newest broker/owners at Colorado Group Realty, Steamboat Springs’ largest independent real estate company. Gabriele Seide and Kelly Becker have joined as new associates.

Dean has worked in the real estate industry since 1996, in the resort markets of Columbia River Gorge, OR, Dillion, CO and now Steamboat Springs since 2001.

A Colorado native, Dean obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology with an engineering certification from Colorado State University.  His work history ranges from computer-aided design (CAD) and the boating industry to construction management. 

“The owners and associates at Colorado Group work well together sharing their knowledge and expertise as a group. We combine resources to offer the best services to our customers” said Laird. “My ski in/ski out office location at the Sheraton Resort is also a plus!”

Eliese and her family moved to Steamboat Springs in 2004 to take advantage of the Colorado mountain lifestyle.  She has worked in the Steamboat Springs real estate market since 2005.  She holds a degree in business management and a background in sales.

Gabby’s career in real estate began in Laguna Beach, CA in 1984 with Grubb & Ellis.  Most recently, Gabby worked with Old Town Realty in Steamboat.  She has been licensed in California, Colorado and Florida and Colorado over the years.  She also holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Monterrey Community College. 

Gabby and her husband Gabe moved to Steamboat Springs in 1987, fulfilling a dream of living in a ski resort and building a log home. Together they started Montana Log Homes of Colorado.  They have built over 90 log homes to date in Steamboat Springs and the surrounding area and beyond, employing 12 people.  Homes built by Montana Log Homes are often featured in Log Home Living and Log Home Timber magazines. 

Kelly, a Chicago native, moved with her family (husband Frank, Frank J., 9, Jack, 7, Anna, 3, Audrey and Brynn, 2) to Steamboat Springs in 2008. She sites the excellent schools, endless outdoor activities for all ages, perfect weather and direct flights to family and friends in the Midwest as main factors.
