I am pleased and excited to be a part of the extraordinary sales team at Colorado Group Realty. Upon graduation from the University of Texas in Austin, I joined Delta Air Lines. As a flight attendant, I flew both domestic and international trips. Over the years, I received numerous letters of thanks and appreciation from various passengers and "new friends" for the service that I provided. After a long career with Delta I chose to retire. My husband Steve, who is a Broker/Owner with Colorado Group Realty, encouraged me to consider real estate as a new career. Upon earning my Colorado Real Estate Broker's license, I continued my education and achieved the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) which is a nationally recognized designation. I have also attained the MRE designation which is advanced training beyond the GRI designation and awarded through the Colorado Association of REALTORS Education Services.
I feel both careers have a common thread. Both are service-oriented businesses with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible service in a professional and timely manner. As a team, Steve and I have over 34 years of real estate experience. Each of us brings multiple strengths to our working/professional relationship, and with that I feel it has great value for our clients.
We have two daughters. Our older daughter, Brittin, graduated from the University of Kansas and was a graphic designer with Hallmark in Kansas City. Our younger daughter, Kelly, graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder. They have decided to join forces and open a boutique in Denver's downtown Larimer Square.
I am thoroughly enjoying every minute of living and working in Steamboat, but every now and again I still get the travel bug. It just can't be helped.
