Our family moved to Steamboat in 2005 from Minnesota to live the mountain resort lifestyle. My wife Cheryl and 2 daughters quickly adapted to the sunshine and friendly small town atmosphere. As an avid skier, mountain biker, fisherman, bow hunter and hockey player, I have found that Colorado offers the ultimate in recreation.
I grew up in Madison Wisconsin, and graduated from the University as a badger. After working 14 years as an equity trader and managing a NASD Broker Dealer and hedge fund, I started developing Real Estate in Minnesota. I have developed residential subdivisions, lakeshore vacation lots, high end custom homes and commercial office/retail buildings. Since moving to Steamboat, my brother and I have developed the Airport Garage Condos at the Vail/Eagle and Hayden Airports. We have also converted the Inn at Steamboat into a Condominium Hotel with a classic Colorado ski lodge theme.
