Moving here to Steamboat Springs in 1991 I had one thing on my mind. Ski as much as possible and do what ever it took to make that happen. After having a blast for three years of 100 plus days per winter in ski boots I decided to start my next chapter here in Steamboat. Since then I have owned, built, bought, and sold a few small businesses and got into real estate. For the past several years I have been envolved with development and building, both residential and commercial projects. I enjoy helping others enter our market with their own ideas and can help bring those ideas to life. I look for investment properties and great real estate opportunities for my clients every day. I would never consider properties that I would not entertain myself.
