Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, I and my husband, Mark, started visiting Steamboat Springs in the late 1980's. After spending three winters here (approximately 11 months), it became apparent that we would have to make the move. The climate, the culture, and the community were all factors in our decision to relocate.
My decade of real estate sales and marketing experience was achieved in the Lynchburg, Virginia marketplace, where I consistently produced a gross sales volume within the top 10% of REALTORS nationwide. Specializing in new construction and new communities, I have successfully marketed and sold out 100-unit town home complexes and 130-lot single family subdivisions.
