 My family and I have lived in Steamboat for more than a decade. There is simply no better place on earth to reside, raise a family, work, and play.
Born & raised in Columbus, Indiana, I moved west after high school to earn a business degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. I started my career in the mountain travel industry, planning ski vacations for groups and individuals all over North America. Throughout my early adventures in mountain travel, I had the fortunate opportunity to personally experience nearly every major ski resort in North America. In 1998, this path ultimately led me to Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Prior to joining Colorado Group Realty, I worked in real estate sales and marketing for resort developments in Colorado and California with the Intrawest Corporation. I have also worked extensively in tour and travel sales for a resort development and property management firm based in Colorado. I am proud to be part of the Colorado Group Realty team, and to use my experience in resort real estate for the benefit of my clients.
My love for Steamboat Springs and the Rocky Mountain lifestyle is contagious. Working in hospitality and resort services provided me a sincere appreciation for how my own efforts can enhance the lives of others. Quality time with family and friends is one of the most sacred aspects of living, and vacations are at the center of this core social value. Every one of my clients’ transactions is handled personally from property search to closing, helping you navigate Steamboat’s dynamic real estate market with confidence.
Outside of work, my top priority is taking care of my loving family. My wife, Patti, is a local interior designer. Together, we are raising two energetic and amusing young children. My family shares my sense of adventure and humor, and keeps me motivated, grounded, and focused in all that I do.
My other interests include skiing, biking, golf, hockey, computers, playing rock & roll music, fine wine, and roller coasters!
